Tenants can report anti-social behaviour to BSJ Housing Solutions. Reports will be treated seriously and handled confidentially where possible.

 

4. Investigation

BSJ Housing Solutions may:

  • gather information from those involved

  • liaise with local authorities or police where appropriate

  • work with tenants to resolve disputes

 

5. Enforcement

Where anti-social behaviour is confirmed, action may include:

  • warnings or mediation

  • tenancy enforcement measures

  • legal action where necessary
